03 . RACK STRENGTH CHECK

Our company's rack structure calculation adopts the world's advanced finite element analysis software and design method, referring to Chinese rack design code: Steel rack structure design code CECS23: 90, and Chinese seismic design standard: Building seismic design code GB50011-2010. The calculation of strength, stiffness and stability was carried out, and the safety under the action of earthquake was comprehensively evaluated.

04 . RACK QUALITY INSPECTION


4.1 Raw Materials

Steel Inspection Specifications:

1.Inspection basis: GB700-88 carbon structural steel, GB699-88 high-quality carbon structural steel, supplier's standard.
2.Inspection ratio: one sample per batch.
3.Inspection items:
A. Check the material specifications, brand, manufacturer, finished product , mill certificate, etc.
B. Appearance quality: no cracks, inclusions and other defects visible to the naked eye.
C. size and quality: according to the supplier's enterprise standards and relevant national standards.
D. When in doubt about the material, send it to the relevant department for chemical analysis.

Outsourcing parts, fastener inspection specifications

1.Inspection basis: The external contract documents shall be in accordance with the acceptance standards stipulated in the contract. Fastening standard parts are in accordance with industry standards and enterprise standards.

A. Check the material specifications, brand, manufacturer, product wheat, warranty certificate, etc.
B. Appearance quality: no defects such as variegated spots and burrs visible to the naked eye.

4.Quality judgment:
If the items in the B and C dimensions are unqualified, the inspection will be doubled. If the unqualified items are found, the whole batch will be disqualified.
The item D is unqualified or one unqualified is found in the random inspection. The batch of products shall be treated as unqualified.

4.2 Work in process

1.Inspection standard: product sample drawings and technical requirements.
2.Test method:

  • First piece inspection: the first piece of each shift or batch of processed parts; the first piece after adjusting equipment or tooling.
  • Intermediate inspection: once per shift and one machine (full operation for 4 hours).
  • Operator self-inspection: once per shift per machine (at the end of the operation or when the shift is changed).

3.Inspection items:

  • Shape and position tolerances specified in product drawings or processes.
  • There is no rust or pitting on the appearance, the scribe depth is not more than half of the thickness tolerance of the material, and the fracture section must not have layering defects. Welding parts shall not have defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, welding knobs, burn-through, pinholes, etc., and there shall be no spatter in the welding area.
  • The average coating thickness of sprayed parts is 60um.
    Coating adhesion is measured once a month, and the passing grade is 0.

4.Quality record: If there is any non-conforming product in the inspection, the non-conforming product will be dealt with directly, and random inspection will be performed on the product of the shift, and the quality record and the product division of the shift will be made.

4.3 Welding operations

1.Welding oil, scale and other contaminants before welding.
2.Electric welding machine operation, welding assembly as close as possible to each other; usually the welding gap should be within 0.1~0.8 mm
3.For gas shielded welding operations, the gaps and grooves of the weldments shall comply with the provisions of GB985 and GB986, and the welding wire shall comply with the provisions of GB5117 and GB5118.
4.The operation of the electric welding machine should be adjusted according to the thickness of the weldment. According to the company's current product voltage is set to 3 levels. Before welding, a test piece should be made (the same thickness material can be used). The weldment is judged as pass if it does not fall off.
5.Gas shielded welding operation, welding voltage is controlled at 20~30V; welding current is controlled at 200~230A; gas flow rate is controlled at 1 ~20 1/min; wire feeding speed is 6~12m/min, upper and lower limits can be taken according to the thickness of the welding;
6.Welders must wear labor safety supplies when operating, and no flammable items should be placed on the welding site.

4.4 Painting operation

1.Pre-treatment process

  • Degreasing: The allowable range of temperature display value is 40 ° C~70 ° C, and the time is not less than 2 minutes.
  • Phosphating: Allowable range of temperature display value is 40 ° C~70 ° C, time is not less than 3 minutes; content of degreasing and phosphating solution: PH value (4.5-6), spray pressure is greater than 2 Pa. Test every 2 hours.
  • Mantou Road Washing: Normal temperature, time is not less than 0.5 minutes.
  • Second wash: at room temperature, the time is not less than 0.5 minutes.

2.The drying process

  • Blow water: normal temperature, time depends on the actual situation of the workpiece
  • Drying: The allowable range of the display temperature of the pre-baking oven is 130 ° C ~ 140 ° C, and the allowable range of the display temperature of the air outlet oven is 240 ° C ~ 250 ° C, 10 minutes.
  • Cooling: Natural cooling at room temperature for no less than 30 minutes.

3.Dusting process

The time under normal temperature is implemented according to the actual situation of the workpiece.

4. Curing process

  • Cure: Allowable range of temperature display value is 135 ° C ~ 210 ° C, time is not less than 25 minutes.
  • Cooling: air cooling at room temperature for not less than 20 minutes.

4.5. Packing and factory inspection

The packing process is worked by the operator. The quality inspector inspects and leaves the factory in accordance with the ISO9001: 2000 international quality system and strictly in accordance with international standards.

05 . PACKING AND TRANSPORTATION

1. Package of goods: Packed separately with different parts.
2. Package size of each package: about 2000kg/package.
3. Transportation mode: Adopt highway car transportation mode.
4. Packing is simple, rainproof, sunproof and anti-collision.
5. If racking components are damaged during transportation, we are responsible for free replacement.
